Cascadia Liquor is introducing a new way for customers to earn rewards, with the launch of its loyalty program, The Den Rewards.

Rolling out across all 12 of Cascadia’s Vancouver Island locations, The Den Rewards is designed to enhance the in-store experience while rewarding customers for their everyday purchases through points, perks, and personalized offers. The program reflects a growing shift in retail toward more tailored and engaging customer experiences.

Members can earn points on all beer, wine, and spirits purchases, which can be redeemed for discounts on future transactions. The program also features tiered rewards, unlocking exclusive benefits such as tasting events, masterclasses, bonus points days, birthday perks, and curated giveaways.

Developed in-house by The Truffles Group, the program builds on insights from a pilot at Cascadia Liquor’s Cadboro Bay location and expands the concept across the company’s full footprint, including Greater Victoria, Langford, Parksville, Nanoose, Port Alberni, and Courtenay.

Customers can sign up in-store or through the Cascadia Liquor app, where they can track points, browse products, and place orders for pickup or delivery. To mark the launch, new members who join before April 30th will receive a limited-time bonus of 5,000 points.

By combining points-based rewards with exclusive experiences, Cascadia Liquor is positioning The Den Rewards as one of the most comprehensive loyalty programs in British Columbia’s liquor retail sector, while continuing to build on its reputation for curated selection, knowledgeable staff, and community-focused service.
