Cascadia Liquor is supporting communities and local producers impacted by wildfires in the Okanagan through a new #SummerlandStrong fundraising initiative.
Through September 30, Cascadia Liquor will donate $2 from every bottle of eligible Summerland and Peachland wine sold at its locations to organizations supporting wildfire relief and recovery efforts in affected communities. The initiative builds on the #SummerlandStrong movement, which encourages British Columbians to support Summerland’s craft beverage community by choosing local products.
“When communities in our province are facing a difficult time, we believe in finding meaningful ways to show up and support them,” said Jeremy Pott, Head Buyer at Cascadia Liquor. “By choosing a bottle from a Summerland winery, our guests can support local producers while also contributing directly to wildfire relief and recovery.”
Guests can also enjoy roaming tastings featuring eligible wines throughout September at all 12 Cascadia Liquor locations across Vancouver Island.
