The Cool Aid Society recently celebrated a successful Health + Homecoming Gala while marking a major milestone for the Dr. Joe Haegert Community Health Centre, which is now complete and preparing to welcome its first patients.
The event highlighted the progress of Crosstown, Cool Aid’s transformative development that includes mixed-use and supportive housing, a daycare, a new community health centre, and the future home of Cool Aid’s second pharmacy.
Funds raised through the gala will help ensure people in Victoria’s most vulnerable communities can access the housing, healthcare, and support services they need to thrive.
