Dance Victoria is kicking off its 30th anniversary season with IGNITE!, an evening celebrating dance, local food, music and the arts community on October 2 at the Esquimalt Gorge Pavilion.
Guests will enjoy an intimate dance performance featuring Chrystal Dance Prize winner Eric Cheung, Japanese dance artist Kinui Oiwa and sound composer Nouses Kou, alongside cocktails, mocktails and wine, local tapas and desserts, DJ tunes and dancing.
The evening will also feature live and online auction opportunities supporting Dance Victoria’s artist programs and community engagement initiatives. All proceeds from IGNITE! and the accompanying auction will help Dance Victoria continue bringing bold, high-calibre dance companies from around the world to Victoria while expanding access to world-class dance in the community.
Tickets are $120 for regular admission and $69 for Night Moves tickets, with food, drinks and entertainment included. Space is limited to 150 guests.
