Easter Seals BC & Yukon is calling on Greater Victoria’s community to suit up and step outside their comfort zone for a high-impact fundraising event.

On September 9, the Victoria Drop Zone will transform the downtown core into a city of superheroes, as participants rappel 13 storeys down the Manulife Building (1175 Douglas St) in support of children and families living with disabilities. The event combines adrenaline and community spirit, offering a unique way to make a meaningful difference.

Participants can register as individuals, form a team, or take on the challenge with friends, family, or colleagues. Each participant receives a personalized fundraising page with tools to invite others, spread the word, share their photos, and reach the $875/person fundraising commitment.

In addition to participants, volunteers are also encouraged to get involved and be part of the day’s excitement. Sponsorship opportunities are available for organizations looking to support the event and gain visibility within the community.

Participants are required to contribute a $50 registration donation, which will be added to their fundraising minimum. Those interested in taking part can learn more or register online and take the first step toward becoming a Drop Zone superhero.
