With more than 25 years of hospitality experience, Hughes continues to set a high standard for excellence. Under her leadership, the resort has consistently exceeded key guest satisfaction benchmarks, including Intent to Recommend, Elite Appreciation, Staff Service, and Cleanliness.
In 2025, Hughes also contributed her expertise nationally by supporting Marriott Canada on a taskforce focused on broader organizational initiatives. She is recognized for her people-first leadership style and commitment to mentoring future hospitality leaders.
