Phillips Brewing is partnering with Picklefest Canada to bring Picklefest YYJ to Phillips Backyard on August 15th, inviting pickle lovers and food enthusiasts to celebrate the best pickled and fermented foods Vancouver Island has to offer.
The full-day festival is the first Picklefest Canada event to come to Victoria, bringing together local producers, food lovers, and the community for a celebration of all things pickled and fermented. From classic dill favourites to bold and boundary-pushing brines, the event will showcase the creativity and variety found within the world of fermentation.

Picklefest Canada is dedicated to celebrating pickled and fermented foods and the people who love them. Picklefest YYJ will give attendees the chance to discover new flavours, connect with local food makers, and enjoy a unique festival experience right here in Victoria.
General admission tickets are now sold out, but there’s still a chance to join the party! Pickle Party tickets are available for the festivities after 4 p.m., offering an opportunity to keep the celebration going into the evening.
