Royal Roads University is bringing together local business leaders and professionals for an upcoming panel discussion focused on the role of communication in effective leadership.
Hosted in collaboration with the Mastermind Business Community, “The Role of Communications in Business and Leadership” will explore how strong communication practices shape organizational success, influence leadership, and drive meaningful impact across sectors.
Taking place at Royal Roads University’s John Horgan Campus Career Centre in Langford, the session will feature a panel of local business leaders, including fellow Chamber members Shourav Mahbub of Victoria Professional Business Consulting, Vanessa Schneider of VS Comms, and Kerry Brown of Success Biz Coach. Each will share insights and practical perspectives on how communication can strengthen leadership and support business growth.
