Andy McGhee Personal Real Estate Corporation is inviting local businesses and non-profits to help create Victoria’s first-ever Treat Accessible Halloween Village, providing a free, inclusive Halloween experience for families of all abilities.
The initiative supports Treat Accessibly, a nationwide movement that encourages communities to make Halloween more accessible for children with disabilities. With Halloween 2026 falling on a Saturday, organizers see a unique opportunity to bring neighbours, businesses, and community organizations together to create one of Canada’s largest acts of inclusion.
Treat Accessibly was founded by a Canadian family with a simple belief: every child deserves the opportunity to fully participate in Halloween traditions. Across the country, more than 300,000 homes have already joined the movement by making their trick-or-treat experience more accessible.
Businesses, non-profits, and residents can support the initiative by participating in the Treat Accessible Halloween Village, pledging their homes, displaying free lawn signs, encouraging neighbours to get involved, or helping their street become an accessibility leader in the community.
