Victoria Film Festival is bringing back one of Greater Victoria’s favourite summer traditions with the return of the Free-B Film Festival. Running August 7-22 at the Cameron Bandshell in Beacon Hill Park, the festival features free outdoor screenings of cult classics, comedy favourites, fantasy adventures, and vintage B-movies.
This year’s lineup includes Labyrinth, Planes, Trains and Automobiles, The Last Man on Earth, Stardust, I Married a Monster from Outer Space, and Josie and the Pussycats. Admission is free, with moviegoers encouraged to bring a blanket, snacks, and a friend for an evening under the stars.
