Certificates of Origin

The Chamber authorizes Certificates of Origin to local businesses for the purpose of facilitating trade around the world.

​A Certificate of Origin is a document attesting that goods exported in a shipment have been wholly obtained, produced, manufactured or processed in a particular country.

Before being issued their first Certificate of Origin, businesses are required to obtain a notarized letter of waiver from a lawyer or a notary public certifying, from a person’s sworn statement, that the facts described in their signed documents are true.

Members receive one free Certificate of Origin annually while additional certificates throughout the year are $20, including tax. Future member rates are available upon request.
