I forgot my Username and Password. What now?
Click  FORGOT YOUR LOGIN CREDENTIALS?  and enter your username (your e-mail address). Your password will be sent to you via email.​
Don’t forget to login for special deals on events and Member-to-Member Deals.

Can I change my password?
Yes, select the following link and enter your new password. Here

I have made changes online to my directory or calendar item or coupon but they do not show on the website. Why?
All changes made by users are verified manually by Chamber staff. Please allow two business days for changes to take effect.

How do I get images on my online listing?
Login and select Enhanced Directory Listing . Upload your logo, image or video. Feel free to call 250-383-7191 or email us if you have questions or need a hand.

Will my email address be displayed on the site?
No, the membership directory does not display your email address it provides visitors with the option of sending you information through a form.

General Support

The online Member Services portal provides you with information about your engagement with The Chamber and that of your staff.

Membership Administration
The items under membership administration require you to have a username and password to view and amend your membership information. You can update addresses, staffing, phone numbers, emails, etc. related to your business.

When you log in just double check that the welcome at the top of the page indicates your business name and not your personal account. Click Switch Profile if that’s not the case. Please note that only select staff from your team are authorized as editors which provides the ability to make changes to your Chamber Business information.

Your updates will be reviewed by chamber staff before appearing on the web site. Please allow two business days for your changes to take effect, though we will often get to them sooner.

Once you have logged in and are in the secure Member Portal, scroll down a little until you see on the right Related Profiles.

In this area you can add a new staff member, update a current staff member or choose to remove access for a former staff person.

You’ll also be able to see which privileges each staff person has inside The Chamber.

This is used for communication with you and for event registration. Contact information can be the same as your Organization Info, or you can add additional contacts. To change the information select “Same as None” and input your information or that of your team members/staff.

Pro-tip
To save a step, contacts can use the same general information as the Organization by choosing the “Same as” drop down box. To enter unique information, “Same as None” must be selected.

Your invoices are available online and can be paid, downloaded, reviewed at any time. Simply login and once in the secure Member Portal you can click on payment history or pay invoices on the right side of the page.

Don’t see them for your business? Doublecheck the black bar at the top and click switch profile then select your business name.

The information displayed on your online listing will depend upon your level of Chamber membership.  All Chamber members receive as part of their membership the opportunity to connect their social media accounts, add their logo, photos and a video on their directory listing.

Amend your listing by logging onto the web site and submitting changes for review by the staff.

Login and select Enhanced Directory Listing, and upload your logo, image or video. You can also email your preferred image and/or logo to Member Services to have it added to your listing.

The event registration portion of the website allows yourself and your employees to register for events. You must login to receive member pricing.

Username & Password
